Life Insurance
- • 1 1/2 times annual salary in FREE Basic life insurance.

Dependent Life Insurance
- • Spouse insured for $5000, children 15 days through 23 years insured for $2000. Child birth through 14 days insured for $100—all At company expense.

Flexible Spending Accounts

- • Set aside up to $5,000 on a pre-tax basis in Health Care and/or Dependent Care related expenses.
Holidays
Vacation
- • Two weeks vacation after one year; three weeks after 5 years; four weeks after 13 years; five weeks after 20 years.
401k Plan
- • Immediate Participation
- • Upon enrollment, ITW matches $1 for of each $1 of the first 3% of pay you contribute to the Plan PLUS $.50 for every $1 you contribute on the next 3% of pay, to a maximum of 4.5% if you contribute 6% of pay. NEW Enhancement - If you are age 21 or older and have 12 months of service, you will receive an additional company contribution based on age, service, and pay.
Tuition Reimbursement
- • 100% reimbursement with grade of “C” or better.
Short-Term Disability Insurance
- • Free coverage for up to 6 months.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
- • Free coverage which provides up to 60% of pay.
Survivor Income Protection Plan
- • Free coverage which provides 50% of pay to spouse/dependents for 6 months after employee’s death.
